What we collect
When you request a quote we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property suburb and postcode, the services you need, your answers about the job, any message you write and any photos you upload.
How we use it
We use your details to review your request, prepare a quote and contact you about the work. We also keep an internal record of the enquiry so we can answer questions about it later.
When we share it
Bluewater Pressure Washing reviews every request personally. If we are not able to take on the work ourselves — for example it sits outside our area or our schedule — we may pass your enquiry to up to 2 trusted independent exterior cleaning specialist partners who service your area and may be able to help, so you still get a quote. We only do this when you tick the sharing consent box on the quote form. A maximum of 2 specialists ever receive your details for one enquiry, and they receive them only so they can contact you about that request.
Photos
Photos you upload are stored in a private, access-controlled location. They are never published, listed publicly, or used in marketing without your separate permission.
Consent records
Every submission records whether you consented, the exact wording you were shown, the wording version and the time. These records are immutable so the exact text can always be reproduced.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Contact bluewaterpressurewashing@outlook.com or call 0430 947 131.
Marketing
We only send offers or seasonal reminders if you opted in. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe option.
